摘要 传统的H桥悬浮斩波器开关损耗高、效率低、发热量较大,并且存在较严重的电磁干扰。为改善传统悬浮斩波器开关管的工作状态,将软开关应用到四象限悬浮斩波器中,使开关管发热较低,进而能够稳定工作。介绍了一种零电压转换四象限软开关悬浮斩波器,通过谐振电路的作用使主开关管工作在零电压导通状态。试验表明,采用软开关技术的悬浮斩波器的其主开关管导通损耗、温升等均小于传统悬浮斩波器。 The traditional H-bridge maglev chopper has the drawbacks of large switching losses,low efficiency,high heat and heavy EMI.In order to improve the working state of the switcher,soft-switching method is applied into the traditional maglev chopper,which makes the switcher working in a steady state.This paper introduces a zero-voltage-transition four-quadrant soft-switching maglev chopper.The main switcher can work in a zero-voltage open-state under the function of resonant circuit.The test shows that the open switching losses,temperature rise of soft-switching maglev chopper are lower than the traditional maglev chopper.
