摘要
目的探讨甲状腺乳头状腺癌中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、CD34表达及其临床意义。方法6l例原发性甲状腺肿瘤(乳头状腺癌38例,腺瘤23例)分别应用免疫组化方法检测VEGF-C及CD34表达情况。结果VEGF-C及CD34在各甲状腺肿瘤及间质组织均存在表达,腺癌组VEGF.C(38.24±19.58)显著高于腺瘤组(16.49±9.25)(t=4.9889,P〈0.01),腺癌组CD34表达量[(23.68±9.07)个/HP]高于腺瘤组[(18.704±6.34)个/HP](t=2.3102,P〈0.05);VEGF-C在肿瘤有转移(46.35±17.68)、瘤体〉3cm(44.25±20.67)患者中表达高于肿瘤无转移(27。14±10.57)及瘤体≤3cm组(30.81±13.43)(t值分别为4.2082及2.4252,P〈0.05或P〈0.01);CD34在肿瘤有转移[(29.63±12.52)个/HP]、瘤体〉3cm[(28.35±11.23)个/HP]及年龄〉40岁[(26.24±9.83)个/HP]患者中含量高于无转移[(18.22±5.87)个/HP]、瘤体≤3cm[(19.46±7.55)个/HP]及年龄≤40岁组[(20.354-6.67)个/HP](t值分别为3.2t03、2.9060及2.1364,P〈0.0l或P〈0.05);VEGF—C与CD34呈显著正相关(r=0.46,P〈0.01)。结论VEGF—C及CD34的表达与甲状腺肿瘤显著相关,检测VEGF—C及CD34水平对于鉴别甲状腺乳头状腺癌具有重要参考意义。
Objective To study the relationship between VEGF-C, CD34 expression and thyroid papillary tumor tissue by combining assays of VEGF-C and CD34 in thyroid tumor tissue. Methods The expression of VEGF-C and CD34 were dectected by immunohistoehemistry in 61 cases ( thyroid papillary cancer 38,thyroid adenoma 23). Results VEGF-C level in thyroid papillary cancer (38. 24 ± 19. 58) were significantly higher than that in thyroid adenoma ( 16.49 ±9.25 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ; CD34 in thyroid papillary cancer ( 23.68 ±9. 07 )/HP were higher than that in thyroid adenoma ( 18.70 ± 6.34, t = 4. 9889, P 〈 0.01 ). We found a significant relationship between the VEGF-C expression and eancerometastasis or tumor size (P 〈 0.01;P 〈 0. 05 ). There was also a relationship between the CD34 expression and cancerometastasis or tumor size or age (P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05). There was positive relationship between the expression of VEGF-C and CD34 (r = 0.46 ,P 〈 O. 01 ). Conclusion It is suggested that combined detections of VEGF-C and CD34 may have important reference value on the differential diagnosis between thyroid papillary tumor tissue.
