中医药配合颈前路治疗下颈椎骨折脱位25例 被引量:1

摘要 内固定技术近年来被广泛地应用于下颈椎骨折脱位的治疗,在手术复位减压同时采用植骨或钛网及前路颈椎钛板固定,解决创伤后颈椎不稳、防止植骨块移位或塌陷、维持颈椎高度与生理前凸和序列关系,以及提高融合率等方面具有明显的作用。自2007年以来,笔者采用前路复位减压植骨或钛网及前路颈椎钛板固定治疗25例下颈椎骨折伴不全瘫的患者,疗效满意,
