摘要
为控制无轴承永磁同步电机(BPMM)的旋转和转子的稳定悬浮,设计了以TMS320LF2407A型DSP为微处理器核心的BPMM控制系统,充分利用该芯片的中断系统设计出能同时控制电机的电磁转矩和径向力的软件模块,并利用DSP的QEP模块和光电编码器捕获中断CAP6INT,准确检测电机位置。最后通过实验证明了软件系统设计的实时性和准确性,以及能满足BPMM的旋转和稳定悬浮的要求。
A control system which based on TMS320LF2407A to realize revolove and stable suspension of bearing-less permanent magnet-type motor(BPMM).In this system,the software module is designed by interrupt system to control electromagnetic torque,the motor position angle is checked by QEP and CAP6INT.At last,the command current of the torque winding and radial force winding is tested.The experimental results of software system prove that the sys-tem is able to meet the requirement of revolove and stable suspension of BPMM.
