试论湖北林业在发展低碳经济中的地位及作用

Discussion on Position and Role of Low Carbon Economy of Forestry in Hubei

低碳经济实质是能源高效利用、清洁能源开发、追求绿色GDP。林业是生态建设的主体,其具有巨大的经济功能和固碳功能,在低碳经济建设中具有不可替代的作用。笔者结合湖北省情就湖北发展低碳经济的重要性、林业在湖北低碳经济建设中的地位、作用进行了论述。

The essence of low carbon economy are energy high efficient utilization,clean energy development,and Green GDP acquirement.Forestry is main body of ecological construction,which has strong economic and carbon fixation function and it plays a an irreplaceable role in low carbon economy.The authors discussed the importance of low carbon economy development in Hubei,the position and role of forestry in low carbon economy construction.
