摘要
应用有限元法对某增压器压气机叶片进行了静应力分析与计算,得到危险点的应力均值,然后通过改进的一次二阶矩法对该叶片进行了静强度可靠性分析,在该方法中引入了多元线性回归法来逼近状态函数.
Advanced First Order Second Moment (AFOSM) method, as a technique developed for structural reliability, is applied to mechanical reliability problems. According to stress versus strength interference theory, we assume that the probability distributions of random variables are replaced by normal distributions. The stress of a given turbocharger compressor blade is calculated by Finite Element Method (FEM). The safety index of the blade is obtained through AFOSM method, in which the performance function is approximated using the multi variable linear regression method. The results show that the blade is reliable.
