SVPWM Simplified Algorithm and Dead Zone Compensation

摘要 基于SPWM对称规则采样波形与SVPWM波形相似的特点,由SPWM的调制隐函数推导出SVPWM的调制隐函数,并对其进行分解,得出SVPWM的简化算法。该算法直接利用三相参考电压瞬时值计算PWM信号的开关状态切换时间,无需坐标变换、三角函数运算、扇区判断和有效矢量作用时间的计算。分析了死区效应以及SVPWM算法中电压矢量、电流矢量与功率因数角之间的关系,并由此得到一种由功率因数角预测电流矢量的方向、采用输出电压矢量脉冲宽度补偿策略进行死区补偿的算法。实验结果证明了SVPWM的简化算法和基于功率因数角预测死区补偿方法是正确有效的。 SPWM symmetric and regular sampling waveform and SVPWM waveform is similar.SVPWM modulation im- plicit function is derived from SPWM modulation implicit function.SVPWM simplified algorithm is obtained from the decomposition of SVPWM modulation implicit function.The algorithm directly use the instantaneous value of three phase reference voltage to calculate PWM signals.switching time of switch state.h doesn't need coordinate transforma- tion,trigonometric calculations, sector deterrninement and calculation action time of the effective vector.The effects of dead zone and the relationship of voltage vector, current vector and power factor angle in the SVPWM algorithm are analyzed.So a kind of dead time compensation algorithm using the output voltage vector pulse width compensation strategy according to power factor angle predicted by the direction of current vector is known.The experimental results show that the simplified SVPWM algorithm and dead zone compensation algorithm based on power factor angle pre- dicted are correct and effective.
