摘要
研究了一种单驱动电源多电平电流型逆变器(CSI)电路拓扑及其控制方法,其特点为所有开关管发射极共电位,用单个驱动电源驱动全部开关管,既能节省器件和成本,又能提高装置的可靠性。针对该电路拓扑的工作原理,这里引入多载波POD PWM技术,并给出了具体实现方法。最后,仿真和实验结果验证了此类电路拓扑的可行性和有效性。
A novel topology of single drive power multi-level current source inverter (CSI) and its corresponding control method are studied.The characteristic of the structure is that the emitters of all the switching elements are conneeted to a shared line.Therefore ,the CSI can be driven by single power supply which not only saves the cost,but also improves the reliability of the device.The feasibility and effectiveness of the topology are verified by the simulation and experimental results.
