摘要
针对大功率交流斩波器产品开发中出现的问题,通过仿真和实验分析并验证了不同负载条件下的运行特性,改进了电路拓扑,优化了调制方法。实验结果表明,额定功率为1 kW的样机运行稳定,满足各项性能指标要求,在照明节能等方面具有良好的应用前景。
Corresponding to the existing issues in developing high power AC chopping voltage regulator, the operating characteristics under different load conditions are analyzed and verified via simulations and systematic experiments. And the circuit topology and the control strategy are improved and optimized, respectively as well.The experimental results demonstrate that the developed product prototype of the AC chopper with a rated power of 1 kW can keep op- erating performance stable.On the other hand,all performance requirements are satisfied.The commercial available products have potential application perspective in implementing energy-saving of lighting system efficiently.
