摘要
对大管径直埋供热管道局部稳定性验算方法进行了分析比较,欧洲EN13941标准验算方法偏于保守,建议采用临界应力推导法。在满足不发生局部失稳的条件下,增大壁厚可采用冷安装。当增大壁厚后管道增加的造价低于电预热安装费用时,可采用冷安装。
Checking methods for local stability of large-diameter buried heating pipeline are analyzed and compared. The checking method in EN 13941 is conservative, and the critical stress method is recommended. The cold installation can be used by increasing the wall thickness when the local instabili- ty does not occur. The cold installation can be used when pipe cost increased by increasing the wall thickness is less than electric preheating installation cost.
