提出了一种实用的派生式ＣＡＰＰ系统零件族划分的新方法．该方法采用灰色关联分析，将制造过程中重要的因素——工时融入零件关系系数中去考虑，求出零件之间的关联矩阵，再利用模糊聚类的方法来对关联矩阵进行零件族的划分．该方法数学定义严格、简单、直接、可靠，大大降低了计算工作量，并且具有良好的全局性和稳定性．

A new method is explained which uses the gray analysis of relation and the fuzzy clustering too get the part's group that have considered the batch quantity, the undamaged proportion of equipment and the man hour quota, etc. The method has the strict mathematical definition, and it is simple, direct and reliable. It cuts down the calculation interval much more, and has the favorable global property and stability.
