研究开发了城市燃气复合金属氧化物脱硫剂的生产工艺,对其性质进行了对比试验。通过采用工业废料作为原料,消除了环境污染,降低了生产成本;通过改进设备,提高了产品质量;通过添加活性剂,提高了产品活性;通过合并中间捏合、老化环节,提高了生产效率。
The production process of compound metal oxide desulfurizer for city gas is developed, and the comparative experiment of its property is carried out. The industrial waste is used as the raw ma- terial to eliminate environmental pollution and reduce the production cost. The equipment is improved to enhance the product quality. The active agent is added to improve the product activity. The mediatization and aging links are combined to improve the production efficiency.
