摘要
开关电源因自身各种优势,一直是稳压电源的主流方向,但开关电源技术的仿真局限性较大,且效果不是很理想,最重要的原因是仿真软件数模联合仿真时的限制,另外开关控制关键芯片结构复杂,同样加大了建立仿真模型的复杂程度。此处以一款典型的大功率零开关谐振控制芯片MC33066为例,通过分析其电气特性,用Matlab软件搭建了仿真模型,建立了典型的仿真电路,并验证了方法的可行性。该方法简单易行,同样也可应用于其他很多芯片中。
The switching power supply is the major branch of the regulated power supply all the time,owing to its specific advantages.But the simulation technology is limited in the switching power supply field,since the limitation existed in the integrated simulation between analog and digital circuits in modern simulation software.Moreover,the complicated structure of the key switching controller is also unfavorable for the simulation.As one of the typical high power zero voltage switching(ZVS)resonant model controllers,MC33066 is taken as an example.According to its elec-trical characteristics,the simulated model is created,the typical simulated circuit is established,and the validity of the method is verified.Furthermore,this method is also very simple to applied into the other chips.
