摘要
这里对级联H桥型变换器的载波相移正弦脉宽调制(CPS-SPWM)技术进行了分析和改进,使所需的载波个数减少为原来的一半,节约了硬件资源开销,简化了实现方法,提高了系统效率。给出了在TMS320F28335上的具体实现方案,并分别对5电平和9电平级联H桥型变换器进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,基于TMS320F28335可方便地实现所提出的改进型CPS-SPWM技术,使得变换器工作良好,输出波形质量较高,并且简化了控制系统的设计方案,提高了系统可靠性,具有较好的应用前景。
This paper presents improved way for CPS-SPWM of cascaded H-bridge converters,and the number of carrier is 1/2 of before.So the cost of the system is reduced and the reliability of system is improved.Based on TMS320F28335,the modulation method is realized for five level,and nine level converters.The experimental results show that by using TMS320F28335,CPS-SPWM is easily to be carried out.The converter works well and the control system is simple.So it can be practical in many fields.
