Aspect oriented programming（AOP） is a new programming technology that allows designers to modularize crosscutting concerns;it introduces the concept of aspects,which encapsulates behaviors that influences multiple modules into a sole reusable module.This paper introduces the genesis background,basic concept and development procedure of AOP,and then illustrates its application in budget payment and auditing system.
