基于WebGIS的TB级南极遥感影像发布系统关键技术研究

KEY TECHNOLOGIES OF THE WEBGIS-BASED TB LEVEL ANTARCTIC REMOTE-SENSING IMAGE PUBLISHING SYSTEM

我国已经完成南极地区多种类型高分辨率遥感影像的制图,其产品的数据量达到TB级,对这些影像进行网络共享有助于帮助人们更好地认识南极,也能提升我国在南极事务中的影响力。本文介绍了基于数据库以及WebGIS平台的TB级南极洲遥感影像图网络发布系统的设计与实现方法。以ArcGIS Server作为WebGIS平台,对各类遥感影像进行网络实时分级发布,实现了网络环境下的基于电子地图的遥感影像定位和显示,为在线展示南极洲遥感影像信息提供了直观有效的辅助手段。针对南极洲影像分层、分幅和分级存储的特点,设计了一种便捷的矢量索引文件,用以作为查询遥感影像的中间桥梁,给出了基于Web页面的多种数据查询和检索方式,结合影像的元数据信息,可以方便地将南极洲遥感影像以有限共享方式提供给全球研究者下载。

China has already completed various high-resolution remote-sensing image products for the Antarctic region,with the amount of data reaching TB level.Sharing such image data on the network not only contributes to a better understanding of the Antarctic,but also enhances China＇s worldwide influence on Antarctic affairs.This paper describes the design and realization of TB Level Antarctic remote-sensing image Web publishing system based on a database and WebGIS platform.It adopts an ArcGIS Server as a WebGIS platform to publish all types of remote-sensing images in real time,with users being able to obtain remote-sensing images on internet for positioning and displaying them on an electronic map.This online method displays Antarctica remote-sensing image information intuitively and effectively.To realize a layered,sub-rate and tiered storage of Antarctic images,a convenient vector index file was designed as a bridge between the user querying and remote-sensing images based on various methods of querying and retrieving data on a Web page with images＇ metadata information.The WebGIS system will allow the limited sharing of Antarctica remote-sensing images among authorized researchers from home and abroad can.
