刃针疗法配合整脊治疗颈源性头晕疗效观察

目的：观察刃针疗法配合整脊治疗颈源性头晕的临床效果及治疗效果与患者病程长短的关系。方法：选取120例颈源性头痛患者并随机分为两组，60倒采取刃针疗法配合整脊治疗为观察组，60例采用单纯刃针疗法为对照组，观察两组患者治疗效果，同时，时观察组患者治疗效果与病程长短的关系进行分析比较。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为83．33％，对照组治疗总有效率为56．67％，两组差异显著（P〈0．05），观察组患者中病程≤3年组治疗有效率为90．63％，病程〉3年组治疗有效率为75．00％，两组差异显著，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：刃针疗法配合整脊治疗颈源性头晕效果可靠，操作简单，安全方便，值得临床推广使用。

Conclusion：Blade with acupuncture treatment for carotid source sex whole ridge giddy effect, simple operation, reliable, safe and convenient use clinical popularization worth.
