微型外固定器治疗Bennett骨折

Treatment of Bennett＇s fracture with mini external fixator

目的：探讨应用外固定器治疗Bennett骨折的临床效果。方法：从2006年2月～2010年2月，采用微型外固定架牵引固定治疗Bennett骨折43例，其中新鲜骨折38例，陈旧骨折5例。结果：术后随访6～22月，骨折临床愈合时间5～9周，平均7周，无骨折再移住、畸形愈合等并发症发生，关节功能恢复良好。按照TAM系统评定，优良率97．7％。结论：外固定器治疗Bennett骨折，方法简单、损伤小、复位固定可靠，可有效降低术后关节疼痛、关节活动受限和创伤性关节炎的发生率，是治疗Bennett骨折的有效方法。

Objective; To investigate the method and results of the Bennett fractures fixed by mini external fixator. Methods： From February 2006 to February 2010,43 cases of the Bennett fracture were treated with external mini external fixator,including 38 cases of fresh fracture and 5 cases of old fracture. ResuRs： All pa--tients were followed up for 6~22 months. All fractures healed successfully,and the average union time was 7weeks with a range of 5 to 9 weeks. Accrding to the standard, the overall good--excellent rate of joint function was 97.7 %. Conclusion：Treatment of the Bennett fracture with mini external fixator is an effective method. It is simple and reliable,and may decrease joint pain,limitation of joint movement and pro- portion of traumatic ar--thritis.
