我国社区高血压人群分级管理的研究进展

在中国，随着人口老龄化、高血压患病率的增长、累计人口的不断增加，如何利用有限的社区卫生资源为社区高血压人群提供更有效的健康卫生服务，更好得满足患者的卫生服务需求，成为难题和研究热点。高血压社区分级管理的提出恰好提供了一条有效的途径解决这一难题，90年代末期我国部分城市初步试行高血压的社区分级管理，至今开展10余年。2006年10月《社区高血压防治手册》（试行稿）正式提出了高血压的分级管理的方法和内容。根据文献分析，对社区高血压病人的分级管理的研究进展及存在的问题综述如下。

Hypertension community level--to--level administra- tion proposed exactly provided an effective way to solve this difficult problem, the 90＇s last stage our country partial city preliminary implementation hypertension community level--to--level administration, develops 10 remaining years of life until now. In October, 2006 ＂Community Hypertension Prevented and controlled Handbook＂ （implementation manuscript） officially to propose hypertension level--to--level administration method and the content. According to the literature analysis, progresses the question summary to the community hypertension patient＇s level--to--level administra- tion research which and exists to be as follows.
