萃取分光光度法快速测定烟草及制品中烟碱的研究

Rapid Determination of Nicotine in Tobacco and Tobacco Products

用酸为浸取剂，铬兰黑为显色剂，ＣＨ２Ｃｌ２ 萃取液，建立了快速简便、灵敏度高的测定烟草及制品中烟碱含量的萃取分光光度法．测量的线性范围为０～３３μｇ／ｍ ｌ．

Nicotine is extracted from tobacco with boiling 50ml 0.05M HCl.The extract is treated with HAc NaAc at pH 4.4 and ion association compliex is extracted into CH 2Cl 2.The absorbance of this solution is measured at 536nm.The linear range of the callbration graph is 0～33μg/ml of nicotine.The method shows good accurary and reproductibility.Good results are obtained for the dertermination of nicotine in tobacco and tobacco products.
