比较了直接滴定法和蒽酮比色法两种测定牛奶中乳糖含量的方法，蒽酮比色法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏且耗样量少的优点，其回收率为９９％ ～１０１％ ，相对误差为±１％ ．

Two methods of determinating lactose in milk,direct titration and anthrone colorimetric,are compared.The method of anthrone colorimetric has some advantages.It is simple,rapid,accurate and using less sample.Its recovery is 99%～101%,relative error is ±1%.
