35例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群检测分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的测定特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群的变化,分析其临床意义。方法采用CD3、CD4和CD8单抗试剂盒,采集35例患者静脉血或末梢血涂片,测定CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4/CD8比值,并将对照组和治疗组(ITP组)及治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群进行比较,结果ITP组治疗前T细胞亚群测定值与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ITP组治疗前后进行比较,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8测定值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T细胞亚群改变在ITP发病中起着重要的作用,可作为一个了解患者预后的参考指标。
