围术期低体温的麻醉管理 被引量：9

摘要 体温是人体重要的生命体征之一,体温的恒定是维持机体各项生理功能的基本保证。目前,体温监测已经成为术中常规的监测项目之一。围术期低体温的发生率仍然常发生,低体温造成的一系列病理生理学改变与围术期心肌缺血、凝血疾病、伤口感染和苏醒延时等并发症相关，增加住院费用，对于患者预后有很大影响，导致术后死亡率增加。为此我们就围术期低体温的定义、发生原因与机制、对机体的不良影响及防治措施综述如下：
