真空离子镀膜技术在PCB用钻头铣刀上的应用

摘要 试验通过真空离子镀膜技术,利用激光轰击靶材形成离子,并使离子在强磁场的驱动下吸附于钻头或锣刀上形成镀层,制备出镀膜钻头及镀膜铣刀,同时分析镀膜钻头与镀膜铣刀在线路板生产制造中的实际应用效果;试验结果表明,采用镀膜钻头,可以明显增加钻孔孔限、减少披锋,节约成本;采用镀膜铣刀进行铣边及成型加工时,有利于减少产品的披锋、毛刺及铣刀断刀,提高生产效率及节约成本。 In this study, through vacuum ion plating technology, with the strong force of the magnetic field, the target materials will be coated on the drilling bits or the moulding cutters so as to obtain the desired coated tools. The study also analyzes the application of the drilling bits and moulding cutters in PCB industry. The results show that the coated drill bits can significantly increase the using life of the drilling bits, reduce the burrs and cost. The coated moulding cutters can significantly reduce the burrs, flashed, improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
