With the development of the electronics industry, universities and colleges have set up SMI （Surface Mounting Technology） lab used for practical teaching. Based on the years of experience of training and production, the article analyses the quality control in small quantity and many varieties production of the SMT laboratory, including the training, raw material, process control, etc. It describes the implementation status of all aspects of the quality control, will be helpful for improving the practical effect of SMT.
