摘要
以慈竹和毛竹为材料,采用竹材纤维可控分离技术,在去除竹青和竹黄后,制造竹材单板层积材,并测定板材的性能。结果表明:以去青黄竹材压制单板层积材的性能,高于未处理竹材;慈竹单板层积材的性能高于毛竹;随着密度的增大,30 mm厚慈竹单板层积材的力学强度提高,可达到集装箱底板用胶合板和风电叶片材料的标准要求。
A new technology for making bamboo laminated veneer lumber was developed by the authors.Bambusa distegia and Phyllostachys heterocycla were used to make the veneer lumber for container flooring and wind blade applications.It was found that: 1) the laminated veneer lumber,made from bamboo without the outer and inner surfaces,showed superior performance than that made from all bamboo parts.2) The laminated veneer lumber made from Bambusa distegia had better performance than that made from Phyllostachys heterocycla.3) For the 30 mm-thick lumber made from Bambusa distegia,its mechanical properties increased as the density increased from 1.0 g/cm3 to 1.2 g/cm3,and could meet the national standard specifications for container flooring and wind blade making materials.
