摘要
针对实验室筛选获得的Bacillus subtilis,设计2对引物扩增出编码碱性果胶酶基因pelG1和pelG2,酶切后分别连接到大肠杆菌分泌表达载体pET-22b(+)多克隆位点上得到重组载体,在BL21(DE3)中表达并进行了分析.
The gene pel from Bacillus subtilis encoding alkaline pectate lyase was amplified by PCR.The pET-22b（＋） vector harboring pel gene was transformed into E.coli.BL21 DE3.The pelG1 and pelG2 was expressed separately.
