摘要
在用220mm2的连铸机连铸GCr15轴承钢方坯的基础工艺上,通过调整连铸时钢水过热度、拉速、二冷配水、电磁搅拌的参数来减少连铸轴承钢大方坯的中心碳偏析及中心疏松等低倍组织缺陷,从而提高GCr15轴承钢方坯的质量。
On the basis of fundamental process of GCrl5 bearing steel square billet produced by 220mm^2 Continuous Caster, adjusting the parameters of overheat, casting speed, secondary cooling water and electromagnetic stirring for casting molten steel, author of this article reduced the defects of macrostructure such as central carbon segregation and central porosity and so on during casting GCr15 bearing steel square billet, so the quality of this square billet was increased.
