摘要
基于等效模型迭代优化对复合材料有效载荷承力结构——井字梁结构进行复合材料优化设计,此方法是基于单层板来模拟层合板的力学性能的想法。本文建立了反映井字梁结构的高精度有限元模型及其等效模型。并以结构质量为目标函数,刚度为约束条件,利用工程有限元分析软件Patran/Nastran对等效模型厚度进行优化设计,寻找出最优结构尺寸。本文用此方法优化设计复合材料井字梁结构,减少了设计变量的同时保证了结果的可靠性,为复合材料有效载荷承力结构优化设计提供了较为合理的优化方案,解决了工程设计问题。
The iterative optimization method of using equipment model is used to design composite payload bearing structure——cross beam.The strategy is based on the idea of the substitution of equivalent orthotropic plates for laminated plates.Detailed models and equivalent models are built by adopting high accuracy models that describe the cross beam' real shapes.Through choosing the weight as objective function and stiffness as constraints,we can optimize the optimal sizes of the equivalent models using the engineer software Patran/Nastran.Method of optimization design cross beam decreases numbers of design variable as well as ensure reliability of result.The optimization result gives a good method to the composite payload bearing structure and solves the engineer problem.
