摘要
通过分析复杂多拐曲轴零件的锻造工艺特点,确定了成型工艺方案;运用UG对曲轴进行三维建模,完成了滚挤、弯曲、预锻和终锻模具的设计;实现了曲轴模具的数字化设计,达到模具设计要求、试模一次成功。
By analyzing the forging technical features of complicated kneed crankshaft in this article,the forming process is made certain.The 3D solid model is built by UG,the dies of Squeeze Forging,bending,Pre-forging and Post-forging are designed based on UG.Crankshaft forming die is digital designed,it meets the demand of die design,and trial successful in first time.
