论先秦石鼓诗歌与汧渭流域生态环境的保护

On Pre-Qin Poems Inscribed on the Stone Drums and Protecting the Ecological Environment of Qian and Wei River's Drainage Area

先秦十首石鼓诗歌,与《诗经》同时代,真实地再现了汧渭流域的自然风物和生态环境。21世纪之初的汧渭流域的生态环境,因各种原因不断恶化,"四少一多"(水少、鱼少、树少、动物少、干旱多)成为制约该地区发展的重要因素。从先秦十首石鼓诗歌中受到的启示是:在经济建设和社会发展过程中不搞竭泽而渔;搞好生态环境的综合治理;促进人文生态与自然生态的良性互动发展;建立和完善保护生态环境的资金保障机制。

Ten poems inscribed on the stone drums in Pre-Qin Dynasty,contemporary with the ＂Book of Songs＂,were epics to praise the brilliant performance of the Duke of Qin.truly reproducing the beautiful ecology,environment and life in the drainage area of Qian and Wei River at that time.But now in the beginning of the 21st century,the ecological environment in the drainage area of Qian and Wei River deteriorated continuously due to a variety of reasons,＂less water,fewer fish,fewer trees,fewer animals and more droughts＂ became one of important factor to restrict the development of the region.We should draw enlightenment from the ten poems inscribed on the stone drums in Pre-Qin,research the changes of ecological environment in the drainage area of Qian and Wei River as a case,not to pursue ＂fish out by pumping off the water＂ in the economic construction and the process of social development,persist in giving is the prerequisite of receiving;to improve the comprehensive governance of ecological environment and interaction of humanity ecology and natural ecology;to establish and improve the financial security system to protect the ecological environment.
