缄默知识视域下的成人教育教师培养 被引量:2

摘要 目前,我国教育中普遍存在着缄默知识与显性知识分裂的现象,此种现象在成人教育教师培养中也不例外。这使他们既不能有效利用自身的缄默知识,又不能借助于显性知识修正自己的缄默知识以提高其水平。本文对缄默知识做简要介绍,并对缄默知识视域下的成人教育教师培养提出几点建议,以期能够使成人教育教师的缄默知识得到有效利用。 At present,the division of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is often found in our education,this phenomenon in teacher training is no exception.This division results the teachers can not effectively use their own tacit knowledge,and also can not modify their tacit knowledge to improve their tacit knowledge level by means of explicit knowledge.This paper briefly introduces the tacit knowledge,and develops a few suggestions for adult education teachers' training from the perspective of tacit knowledge in order to make adult education teachers effectively use of the tacit knowledge.
