学校运动伤害事故隐患及预防策略——从“张秦摔倒之后”说起

Study on hidden dangers and advance prevention strategies in school sports injury accidents——"Zhang Qin stumbled"

通过对一起学校体育竞赛中运动伤害事故的案例分析,发现其间存在着乱用违禁药物、对学生伤痛不重视、无保险保障、法律意识淡薄和没有伤害应急机制等五方面问题.提出提前加大力度预防和建立伤害事故应急预案是保护学生人身安全,减少受害人、家庭和学校损失的应对策略.

Based on a case of sports injuries in school sports competitions,found that there are five aspects problems：wrong use drugs,not value student＇s pain,no insurance,not enough legal consciousness and no damage emergency mechanism.Put forward it＇s strategies to protect the student personal safety and reduce the victim,family and school loss that intensify prevention beforehand in advance and the establishment of injury accident emergency plan.
