Popularization is a significant approach for the development of Marxism in China. Under the background of globalization, in order to achieve the popularization of Marxism, it is a must for colleges and universities to reform and innovate the current political and ideological education mechanism through the following methods： strengthening and consolidating CPC＇s leadership in the culture of colleges and u- niversities, creating and improving the supervision and coordination mechanism of political and ideological education and taking full advantage of information and network technology to permeate Marxism into all links of educational and teaching practice.
