摘要
针对目前技术师范生实践能力和实训组织、指导能力比较弱的特点,从更新职技高师办学理念,创新教学能力培养的模式、方法等方面进行了论述。通过设置具有真实情景的实践环节,让师范生参与低年级实验课的组织与指导,提高了师范生实践教学的组织与指导能力。事实表明,这一做法有利于教学质量的提高,并取得了良好的教学效果。
Because current students in normal university have little working experience,weak teamwork and leadership skills,this article will explore new teaching concepts,models,and methods in teachers university of technology.By simulating real working environments,and allowing students to organize and direct junior lab courses,students can better overcome their weaknesses.It proved that these methods result has reached higher teaching quality.
