傣雅解护肝方对D-氨基半乳糖致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

Protective Effect of DYJHGF on Acute Liver Injury Induced by D-Gal in Mice

目的:研究傣雅解护肝方对D-氨基半乳糖致小鼠急性肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法:小鼠经傣雅解护肝方预防性灌胃给药7天后,腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖造模,24小时后检测小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及显微镜观察小鼠肝组织病理学变化。结果:傣雅解护肝方各剂量组能明显抑制D-氨基半乳糖致小鼠急性肝损伤模型ALT、AST的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);减轻D-氨基半乳糖对肝脏细胞的病理损伤。结论:傣雅解护肝方对D-氨基半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。

objective： To study the protective effect of DYJHGF on acute liver injury induced by D - Gal in mice. Methods： DYJHGF was administered by pouring it into stomachs of mice for seven days preventatively, and then, acute liver injury model was induced by D - Gal. 24h later, ALT and AST activities were measured. Results： Different concentrations of the DYJHGF significant- ly decreased the activities of serum ALT and AST （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）, and lighten the extent of degeneration and necrosis. Conclusion ： DYJHGF showed protective effects on acute liver injury induced by D - Gal in mice significantly.
