摘要
目的:建立生脉注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(5:95),检测波长为284nm,流速为1.0ml·ml^-1。结果:5-羟甲基糠醛的线性范围为1.981~118.860Wg(r=0.9998);浓度范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好。平均回收率分别为101.28%(RSD=1.12%)(n=6)。结论:所建方法简单、准确,可用于生脉注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of 5 - Hydmxymethyl - furfural in Shenmai Injection. Method: The separation was performed on Phenomenex Gemini C18 ( 250mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm ) columm with detection wave length of 284 nm. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water (5:95 ) with flow rate of 1.0 ml · ml^-1. Result: The linear ranges of 5 - Hydroxym- ethyl - furfural were at 1.981 - 118. 860 p,g ( r = 0. 9998 ), the average recoveries ( n = 6 ) were 101.28 % ( RSD = 1.12% ) o Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of 5 - Hydroxymethyl - furfural in Shenmai Injection.
