广州市白云区2006～2010年集体儿童健康状况分析

Health care condition of collective children in Baiyun District,Guangzhou City in 2006～2010

目的：了解2006—2010年广州市白云区集体儿童健康状况及托幼机构卫生保健状况的动态变化趋势，指导托幼机构的卫生保健工作。方法：分析2006～2010年广州市白云区集体儿童保健工作情况年报表。结果：2006～2010年广州市白云区托幼机构卫生保健合格率逐年上升，集体儿童的保健管理率到2010年已达99％以上；肥胖儿与视力异常的患病率逐年上升；缺铁性贫血、中度以上营养不良及乳牙龋齿患病率呈逐年下降趋势。结论：重点加强对肥胖及视力异常儿童的管理，提高儿童健康水平。

Objective： To investigate the physical examination and health care conditions of preschool collective children in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City in 2006 - 2010. Method： To analyse the annals reports of collective children, s health care in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City in 2006 -2010. Results： In these 5 years, the passing rate in health care has increased year by year, and examination rate of collective children has achieved a high lever as 99%. The rate of iron deftciency anemia and baby teeth dental caries has been declining gradually but the morbidity of obesity and abnormal vision has been increasing Conclusion： Emphasis should be placed on monitoring obesity children and instructing the health care of the kindergarten.
