我国农村社区管理存在的问题与对策

Study on the Question and Countermeasure about the Rural Community Management

通过文献检索和实证分析对我国农村社区管理现状进行了研究。发现目前我国农村社区管理存在思想观念和管理理念落后、管理体制滞后、机制不科学、服务体系不健全等问题,制约了农村社区的建设与发展。提出实施网络治理,构建有利于农村社区发展的组织结构和运行方式,建立科学的管理体制与运作机制,对农村社区建设与发展具有极大的推动作用。

Through literature search and empirical analysis, the article researched the current management status of rural communities. It is found that there exist a lot of problems in the management of rural communities, such as backward ideological and management concepts, lagged administrative system, non-scientific mechanism, and imperfect serving system, which restrict the construction and development of rural community. It is put forward that im- plementing network management, constructing an organizational structure and operational mode conducive to the development of the rural communities, establishing a scientific management system and mechanism all have a great effect on promoting the construction and development of rural communities.
