摘要
以某高校为例,在图书馆进行了服务用户满意度的测评调查,将测评指标体系划分为四个层次,用层次分析法计算各级指标的权重,建立了用户满意度测评指标体系,求出高校图书馆服务用户满意度。
Taking a university as an example, the evaluation investigation is conducted over user satisfaction to the library. The evaluation index system is divided into four levels. Besides, the analytic hierarchy process is applied to calculate the weight of indexes of different levels, thus, the evaluation index system of user satisfaction is established, and the user satisfaction to college library services is obtained.
