摘要
大学生的利益表达是其主体地位的重要体现,同时也是构建和谐校园和依法治校的必然要求。因此,赋予大学生利益表达的权利,畅通利益表达的制度化渠道,引导和教育大学生进行积极、理性的利益表达,是现代大学治理模式的必然选择。
The college students＇ expression of interest is not only the reflection of their dominant position,but also the inevitable demand of the construction of a harmonious and legal campus. So it is very inevitable for the modern colleges to endow students with the right of expressing interest, guiding them expresss their interest actively and reasoningly through institutionalized channel.
