摘要
空气间隙式膜蒸馏是一种新型膜分离技术。采用一维定常流动及空气间隙层中不冷凝的假定,对空气隙膜蒸馏系统的传质传热机理进行了理论研究,数学推导中对相关物理量进行了量阶分析,提出小量假设,导出了计算蒸馏通量的理论公式。还通过膜蒸馏实验测定自来水、盐水、染色水和碱溶液等4 种不同溶液的膜蒸馏通量。
Air gap membrane distillation is an innovative membrane separation technique. A theoretical study on mechanism of mass and heat transfer was carried out based on several assumptions, namely one dimensional steady flow and non condensable gas in the air gap. A theoretical formula for prediction of membrane distillation flux was deduced by using the order of magnitude analysis and adding assumptions for some small variables. The distillation flux of different solutions, such as, tap water, salt water, dyed water, and alkali solution, was gained by tests of membrane distillation. It is proven from the membrane distillation experiments that the prediction of the distillation flux agrees with the measurement data very well.
