摘要
深入探讨了汽车空调用压缩机在变转速情况下进行性能模拟的问题。针对目前纯理论模拟方法的复杂性及不实用性和纯实验曲线模拟方法的局限性,建立了理论分析与试验曲线相结合的理论分析—实验曲线模拟方法,开发了汽车空调用压缩机性能模拟软件,用户可在最简单的情况下,对不同型号的压缩机进行性能模拟,且误差在5% 以内。
As the rotating speed of the automobile air conditioning compressor is varying with the motor, its simulation is different from the common air conditioning compressor. The factors in the performance of compressor, such as the efficiency of volume, were analysed thoroughly. A practical method which combines the performance curve with theoretical analysis was used to simulate the various kinds of compressor. Errors between simulation and experiment are within 5%.
