长三角北翼城市居住隔离现象实证分析

An Empirical Study on Residential Segregation within the Perspective of Social Stratification of the north side of Yangtze River Delta

"居住隔离"现象是近现代西方城市的一大特点。同一社区居民的收入状况、职业结构、学历水平有明显的相似性,不同社区之间存在不同的社会阶层。"居住隔离"现象是社会分层的必然结果。中国的经济发展、城市化进程、房地产开发以及社区居住方式,也使得我国的一些大城市出现了明显的居住隔离现象。长三角北翼是长三角经济快速发展进程中的后发地区,近些年其城市化的程度走在全国前列,社会分层和居住隔离现象有加剧趋势。

After reviewing the definition of social stratification and residential segregation, the author came up with an empirical study on residential segregation frame, in which the residential areas are classified into 4 grades in an order of declining. Based on the subjects of residential segregation, the paper made a detailed study of residential segregation： and looked into the perspective of education, income, occupation, purpose and the relationship between neighbors. The paper ended with h summary and future trend prediction of residential segregation in Nantong.
