摘要
成功的经营管理活动是充分利用其拥有的资源,使组织高效运转,并且较好地实现组织的目标。在生产不断发展、科技加速进步、社会分工不断深化、生产的社会化和国际化程度不断提高的今天,企业的经营管理竞争日趋激烈。我国的企业在不断学习和借鉴国外成功企业的管理制度和管理手段的同时,激励管理也是尤为重要的一方面。企业激励管理制度的好坏直接关系到企业人力资源的管理与开发,也关系到企业的长期稳定发展。为此企业必须掌握和运用正确的激励手段,不断地开拓新的激励方式,充分发挥激励的作用,使企业保持旺盛的生命力。
A successful operating and management activity is making full use of all the resources, having the organization run efficiently, and realizing the organization's goals sufficiently. Nowadays, with the development of producing, science and technology speeding up, social division of labor deepening increasingly, producing being more and more socialized and international, the competition of operation management of enterprises is growing fierce. China's enterprises are constantly learn from the management system and measures of foreign successful enterprises, among which incentive management is an important aspect. Whether the incentive management system of an enterprise is good or bad will directly decide its management and exploitation of human resources. Therefore, an enterprise must master and use incentive measure in a right way, constantly explore new ones, put them into full play, which in turn make the enterprise thriving.
