高效液相法测定抗骨增生胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Kangguzengsheng capsules by HPLC

目的建立抗骨增生胶囊中淫羊藿苷的检测方法。方法色谱条件为C18色谱柱;柱温为室温;流动相:乙腈-水(30:70);流速1.0ml/min;检测波长:270nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0.235～1.175g/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9992。加样回收率为99.46%(RSD为1.74%,n=6)。结论该方法简便,准确度高。可有效控制抗骨增生胶囊的质量。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the icariin content in Kangguzengsheng capsules.Methods HPLC was used to detect Icariin in Kangguzengsheng capsules,with C18column（250 mm×4·6 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（30：70）.The flowrate was 1·0 ml/min and column temperature was25℃.The detecting wavelength was at270 nm.Results The method was linear atthe range of0·235 ~1·175 g/ml for Icariin（r =0·9992）.The average recovery rate was99· 46%,RSD=1·74%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate,which can be applied to the content determination of Icariin and the quality control of Kangguzengsheng Capsules.
