颅脑损伤患者肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)变化与病情及预后的相关性分析

Analysis on CK-MB changes with illness and the prognosis

目的探讨颅脑损伤患者血清CK-MB的变化与病情及预后的相关性。方法把近几年的60例住院患者进行临床分析,观察CK-MB与病情及预后的关系。结果 CK-MB的变化影响患者的预后,具有相关性(P<0.01);CK-MB值越高,病情越重,预后越差。结论颅脑外伤患者血清CK-MB活性变化可作为判断病情及预后的参考指标。

Objective To explore the relevance about the serum CK-MB changes with illness and the prognosis in craniocerebral trauma.Methods The dute of 60 cases of craniocerebral traumal were analyzed observed the relevance about the serum CK-MB changes with illenss and the prognosis.Results Ck-MB changed impact the prognosis,had relevance（P〈0.01） ;CK-MB the higher level the value of which was heavier,the poor prognosis.Conclusion The serum CK-MB activity as a judge in the condition of craniocerebral trauma patients.
