摘要
应用氧钒(Ⅳ)碱式碳酸铵前体热分解合成了粒度约20nm的VO2粉体.研究了不同热分解条件对粉体组成和结晶度的影响.
Nano VO 2 powders were synthesized by pyrolysis of the precursor,(NH 4) 5[(VO) 6(CO 3) 4(OH) 9]·10H 2O.The effects of rates of elevated temperature, pyrolysis temperatures and rates of nitrogen gas and air flow on the composition of VO 2 were studied The relations between VO 2 crystallinities and heating temperature time were also studied TEM micrograph shows that the size of crystalline VO 2 was about 20 nm
