摘要
利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术分析了14种含笑亚族植物.对Operon公司60个引物进行筛选,发现13个引物的带型清晰并呈多态性.该13个引物在每个样本中扩增的片段总数在60~80个之间.采用UPGMA法对由RAPD数据求出的遗传距离进行聚类分析,得到的结果显示,植物明显地分为2个亚类群,支持将合果木独立成属与含笑属并列的处理方式;不同意把观光木从含笑属中独立出来单独成属的观点.
Fourteen species of subtrib Micheliinae were analyzed,using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) genetic markers Sixty primers were screened,13 selected primers produced clear polymorphic patterns Each of the 13 primers amplified 60~80 DNA fragments Generated by using UPGMA algorithm to cluster genetic distances calculated from RAPD data, the results imply:① The studied species are apparently clustered into two subgroups, Michelia and Paramichelia ;② separate P baillonii from Michelia to establish a new genus Paramichelia and it is unreasonable to separate T odorum from Michelia to establish a new genus Tsoongiodendron
