摘要
醛1由NaBH4 和催化氢化得醇3,经Mitsunobu 反应由3合成4,4用光气处理生成异氰酸酯5,在碱的作用下,糖肟6与5缩合生成7,用氨处理并用AcSH还原酰化得目标化合物9.从葡萄糖和醛1出发,经过11步合成9,一个新的尿烷型化合物,所有的新化合物均由元素分析、红外光谱。
Aldehyde 1 was rduced by NaBH 4 and catalytic hydrogenation to give alcohol 3.Mitsunobu reaction converted 3 into 4.Treatment of 4 with phosgene gave 5.Coupling of 6 with 5 produced 7 in the presence of NEt 3.Treatment of 7 with ammonium and then with AcSH resulted in 9.The new urethane type of compound 9 was synthesized in 11 steps from aldehyde 1 and D glucose.The structures of the new compounds were determined by elementary analysis,IR,NMR and MS.
